For Individuals:

For Businesses:
PostScan is ideal for companies seeking to streamline their mail distribution and reduce administrative work. With our service, businesses can digitize all incoming mail, reducing paper handling, improving efficiency, and creating smoother processes for document management.

The service is typically activated within 4 hours during regular EU business hours (CET, Spanish time), but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for full activation. Requests made outside business hours, on weekends, or from different time zones may experience longer processing times, but will be handled as soon as our office is open again.

You will receive the specific address for sending your physical correspondence after completing your registration and payment. Once your plan is confirmed, we will provide you with the address to forward your mail for digitization.

With an immediate dispatch, you can receive your original documents as quickly as possible at the address of your choice. The cost might be for example 1.22 euros per document, plus shipping fees. You can find more information in the current price and service list.

With bundled shipping, your original documents are collected and sent together on a scheduled date. This option is ideal if you don’t need immediate dispatch but still want to receive your physical mail periodically. The cost might be for example €22.00 for up to 50 letters, plus shipping fees.

At PostScan, our mission is to help you digitize your physical mail, reducing the need for paper handling and contributing to a more sustainable future.

However, if there is still a need for physical mail and forwarding, the following applies:

• International letters and postcards (standard and ordinary, up to 20 grams) will be stamped at €1.70
• plus + €0.30 service fee for destinations in Europe, including Greenland (excluding Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova, and Russia),
• €2.10 + €0.30 service fee for Australia, Canada, the USA, Japan, New Zealand, and Russia,
• and €1.75 for the rest of the countries.

PostScan offers the secure destruction of your original documents once they have been digitized. This service is included at no extra cost in any of our packages. Rest assured that all documents will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations, ensuring your privacy and security.

At PostScan, we offer secure digital storage of your mail for up to 90 days. If you need long-term archiving, you can download your digitized documents at any time. For documents that need to be stored beyond this period, we offer additional options. These can be discussed and arranged upon request. Please refer to our price and service list for more details on long-term storage services and pricing.

PostScan is available for all customers who receive physical correspondence in Spain, regardless of whether they live in Spain or abroad. The key requirement is that the customer must send their physical correspondence to the PostScan address in Spain, where it will be digitized. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of sending their physical correspondence to the PostScan address.

Please note that if you wish to use the automatic forwarding service via Correos, you can contact us to request this service. We recommend checking the specific terms with Correos, as this service is likely only available for address changes within Spain.

Each contract is valid for a duration of 6 months. If you wish to cancel or pause your service, please note that the contract must be canceled at least 1 month before the end of the 6-month period to avoid automatic renewal for another 6 months. The exact terms and conditions can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. After booking and payment, every customer will receive detailed information.

PostScan is responsible only for the digitization of correspondence, not for the acceptance of packages.

This means, we do not accept packages or larger shipments.

Everything must fit into a mailbox and conform to the standard size for document shipments. For further details, please refer to our price list or contact us to clarify any additional questions.
